Read that the soul is an illusion. For those who say such or bring Buddha into the story to bolster their claim… good for them. It is the way it should be. To question and query. To define and describe. Much like it is the function of bacteria to work in the digestive tract of mammals.

The soul. Brings to mind so much. Religion. Thoughts. Identity. Much more and much less. Complex. Simple. Imaginary. Reality.

Watching wise old men and women debate thousands of years ago as they discussed the world they lived in. Discussing how it is babies come to be. How sea monsters existed. What role the Sun played in day-to-day life. Were they correct? Were they wrong?

Many people have endless definitions and beliefs on what a soul is. Some care less. Some care more. And really, it is as it should be.

This world… What is this world? Soil? Air? Life? I suppose the answers are as endless as the species that exist or have existed or will exist.

Too easy to fall into what could take centuries to debate and define. But, that is for another day.

It is not possible to make one be or believe in anything that the person chooses not to.

It is possible to show perspective, opinion, idea’s.

It is your world after all and thus the true illusion is not the soul, it is however the world that is an illusion.

For me, it is easy to understand. It is easy to understand the many gifts we are given as we share the illusions around us.

The best gift is life. Not the illusion of life but the gift of a soul.

The ‘thing'(denoting a real substance) about the gift of a soul is that it is not yours to own…

Simply put, in easy to understand words, basically the soul of your life is a leased car, a loaner, a temporary identity…

God’s Body… It Is, beyond fascinating.

God has a wonderful sense of humor, of this there is no doubt, and so, this bit of evening ramble fills a need at the moment.

For those who say, “You’ll go to Hell! Repent!” or the opposite, “There is no god!” It is as it should be and no matter who you are or how you act, your soul is not subject to corruption. It all is a part of the Body and when your shell ceases to be what most consider, alive… the soul you were allowed to be with, is still there…

As for what heaven or hell is, it too, it is simple… Hell is the reality of what you chose to be with your soul, and that is, to be separated from the Body of God, whereas, Heaven is what you strive to be in communion with, that being with the Body of God… The soul always is and will be a part of the Body, you however have an even greater gift, the ability to try and with such attempt, live with your choice.

In your very simple way of ending, while the soul will never die or cease to exist, the part of you that shared in the journey may become a new vibrant part of the Body, or rejected leaving just the beauty of the gift you were allowed to share.
