A woman wails when her man is killed in war… is this weakness?

A rich man gets out of his car to help comfort a dog hit by a car… is this weakness?

A child shares their candy to another with tears in their eyes… is this weakness?

An old woman suffers anger from the early onset of dementia… is this weakness?

Power unfolds and opens an entire world

Embraced and sought by so many

To be the one, the winner, the victor, but i do find it strange…

For those in power, holding power, wielding power; the strongest of men, women, and children…

i choose to honor those deemed to be weak, to be unworthy, as they are worthy of such accolades

with their enduring choice of sharing

their compassion

and with such, worthy of a life sharing

experience.
