Watching those funny looking English politicians in England as they shout, shove, and move about in the House of Commons, seems like chaos. Actually a very civilized way to govern. They are doing what they want to express.

Also funny are those people throughout history that stand atop a box and shout their opinions and beliefs to one and all, yet refuse to let others have that same stance. Well, mostly. Some periods of time allowed such.

Of course, depending on who or what was in power, speaking opinions and beliefs could get you arrested or killed.

Today, via the aid of technology, everyone has the chance to stand on a box and bloviate  on any topic that exists. Politics. Science. Fantasy. Fiction.

Just look at the news websites for example. Read any article and you will see it followed by posters responding about the article (or how to get rich in some computer scam). A ‘free-for-all’.

Interesting to note that for all the freedom the modern technology provides for, ‘freedom of expression’ there are those who will use the freedom to stifle other peoples expression.

A few days ago a blog site slandered and lied about me in an article. They wrote how I sprayed weed chemical intentionally into a child’s and dogs eye, all the while smiling about it. They went on to say other lies and so I responded in the box they provided to leave replies.

Now, they wrote another one today and this time when trying to reply I found out they had made the website deny me. I laughed. This was a perfect example of how people want to use the power/freedom of expression to get their point of ‘whatever’ out…yet deny any opposing opinion.

I could really care less as that is what insecure people, bullies, and especially liars, do. They hide and cower behind the protection of society. Today, those same people who bully try to cling to the mantle of being a ‘victim’.

Sad and funny. But, it seems to be getting worse. Facebook, a corporation with huge influence allows and panders to groups it ‘deems’ acceptable (to their way of thinking) yet quell, squash, or outright ban, those groups they do not agree with. Today in the news, Facebook stock sunk 7% because they banned a group that ‘helped’ Trump in the election. Ha! How childish it all is.

Thumb-sucking little crybabies. Safe places. Safe words. Security blankets… and yet, freedom to tear down and burn a flag. Sue bakeries that don’t bake cakes based on religious choices.

I prefer when everyone is allowed to speak and yet know that human nature is not really good at responsibility and thus inevitably, war always breaks out…
