Yesterday was a plow day. Lots of fresh snow.

Amazing weather here in Idaho. One moment snow, the next it is all melted, and then snow.

What was really enjoyable yesterday were the herd of deer in a shrub filled meadow along with a large group of turkeys. There were approximately twenty deer in all manners of appearance. Some were standing, some laying down, some walking, none though were running.

Interspersed with the deer were over fifty turkeys. Some were in tree’s, some on bushes, some on the ground, none were flying.

It was interesting to watch the scene and note that none of the animals were afraid of me, rather it seemed they were very curious. I smiled.

Today I have the memory and it still causes me to smile. That and the wind was funny today and with 50 degree temps the new/old snow is running and flying away.
